Description: Tougher for Longer Life Cycle
• Hour Glass Shaped Cam – less friction reduces wear. Retains lubricant where it is needed.
• Thrust Bearing (as opposed to thrust washer) – resists wear for longer life.
• “Gorilla-Proof” Positive Stop – prevents accidental disassembly when dialing down to the lowest setting prior to storage, even when attempted by the most brutish user. (Caution: Do not wind below lowest scale mark)
• Larger, Tougher Load Screw – helps prevent damage due to impact.
• High Strength, Sealed Head – is the longest lasting ratchet head we've ever made.
36 tooth engagement is at 10° allowing torquing in confined areas.
Long Handle provides more leverage.
Certificate of Calibration—Each unit is serialized and individually certified accurate to ASME specifications, traceable to N.I.S.T. at no charge.

Pros: Smooth, Easy to Set, Handle Locks
Cons: Fixed-Head, Hard to use without extentions which can throw off torque value

This is a tool that every type of mechanic/technician needs. It can give you the piece of mind that your wheels are tight and not too tight or too loose. Great torque wrench for anyone! It sets easy and is very smooth to use, and the handle locks so while your torquing the value doesn't change. However, the head is a fixed head (they do make non-fixed heads, but different style torque wrenchs); whichs makes it hard to use on some vehicles without an extention (which can throw off the torque value). Highly recommend though.
