This chemical is used to flush out a transmission cooler, and its lines before a new transmission is installed. If there is any left over debris in the cooler, or lines from the old transmission, it will get pushed into the new transmission. There are a couple of products like this on the market. They come with a plastic fitting like in the picture, or with a brass fitting. This gets connected directly onto one of the lines, or with adapters if necessary. The other line has a drain hose for the waste chemical to go into a container. This product has a lot of pressure. It could be used a few times depending upon how much you use each time.

Pros:
High pressure for blasting out old ATF, and dirt from a transmission cooler.
Cons:
This cleaner is a must have product which is supposed to be used before installing a rebuilt transmission. The cooler, and lines have traces of old ATF, dirt, and sometimes metal shaving which could clog the new transmission.
