Description: PipeMasters are the perfect companion to any tube notchers. These timesavers will easily pay for themselves when fitting tube or pipe together. The tool simply slips over a tube or can be used free hand, and presses against the desired shape. The steel pins contour to the shape desired which can be transferred to the work piece with a grease pencil or marker. Available at www.tricktools.com

Pros: pretty easy to use
Cons: could use a set screw to hold it in place

I have 3 of the pipemasters for 1.25", 1.5" and 1.75" tube and they are definately a time saver. For odd notches these tools will give you a pattern to cut in no time at all for that perfect fit. They are easy to use, just slip them over the tube and trace the pattern onto the tube with a sharpie. Take it off and cut it, I use a plasma cutter. The only down side is that there is no set screw so you have to be careful you dont rotate it when tracing your pattern.
