Pros: Very comfortable without a break in period. Full eye holes along the entire boot for shoe laces.
Cons:

These boots are probably the best work boots I've ever had. They are very comfortable, and rugged. Most other boots have a combination of eye holes, and hooks for shoe laces. The hooks come apart all of the time, and shread shoe laces. The loops are my preference. They have superior traction on snow, and ice. I highly recommend them!

Pros:
Cons:

This is my last update to this review. The boots started to peel after a while, and were under the recall, so I sent them back. After almost a month, and numerous phone calls, I found out that they had my zip code wrong, and sent them to the New England part of this country. The replacement boots had a small manufacturing defect in the front of one boot. The replacement boots they sent me were under the recall (same date, and country) as the boots I sent them! They refuse to take them back, told me that all recalled boots in their possession were destroyed, and they are new (in spite of the 2 year old manufacturing date code). I guess I'll just use them as long as I could. Their website doesn't list new boots with this model number, but has a new boot to replace them.
