Pros: Great highway manners, nice off road performance, great tread wear
Cons: Expensive

I have had these tires for 10,000 miles now and don't regret buying them a bit.

The tread still has the "tits" from casting on the tires, all of the tires are like that. I drive mainly on road, never spin my tires or drive overly aggressively. They make very little noise at highway speeds, comparable to the street tires I had previously. They are rated for 50,000 miles, but at this rate I could see them getting more than that. I have read about people getting 70,000 out of them many times.

I have had them off road in the mud to a limited extent and never had a problem. They clean out well and grip great.

The ones I bought are load range D, 265/75 R16 so the ride is a little stiffer than with passenger tires.

The only reason I rated them 9/10 is the price. I paid $160 each for them, which seems high, but I did get the tire shop to throw in an alignment at no cost.

The cost is high, but if I get 60,000 or 70,000 miles out of them, that would be the same to two sets of lower cost tires that lasted 30,000 or 35,000 miles.

Pros: low noise, decent grip
Cons: none

I had these on an old F-150 I had a few years back and they performed well on it. When it died, I transfered them to an Isuzu pup and they preformed equally as well.

Pros: great grip, look good
Cons:

Great tire for the highway driver, and the occasional offroader like myself. I got a pair of 33x10.5x15 for $130 a tire at discount tire !

Pros: Heavy duty construction, rides and wears well
Cons: None @ the moment.

I bought five 33x12.5s back in '05 (paid $132 ea) and have since put on 10K no issue miles. The tires wear great and I have massive amounts of tread left. I have a matching spare tire/rim which allows me to rotate all 5 tires. I rotate my tires twice a year (spring and fall) to keep wear uniform among all 5 tires. A five tire rotation will result in a 25% increase in life expectancy.

This is my second set of BFGs (my 1st were 30x10.5s) and both sets were extremely durabable and rugged.

These tires (in the 12.5 width) make a low highway noise that is barely noticeable unless you're really concentrating on it. I off-road with them in both mud and sand and they perform very well.. They ride great on-road (highway driving has no negative affects). The sturdy side wall can mask low tire pressure as it will look fine and not bulge out at all until its under 15psi. At the beach I air down to about 12-15psi which seams to be ideal.

I would have rated them excellent, but I don't believe I know exactly what excellent is..

Pros: Aggressive Look, Great Traction, BFG Quality
Cons: none so far

I just bought these tires for my 98 XLT 5.0L in 31x10.50x15 and I love them. It's actually kind of difficult to break them loose. With my old tires, I would slide pretty easily in our Alaskan snow. They give the truck an aggressive look (more like a truck than a passenger vehicle) and they're actually pretty quiet, which I wasn't expecting from other people's reviews and comments. They're near silent. If you need new tires, get one of the best out there. Go BFG! I paid 129.98 per tire. Not too bad in my opinion.
