only comes in blue

Not a bad install. The hardest part was the alternator pulley. Not a major amount of power but every little bit helps. The stock belt is retained but I went ahead and put a new one on anyway since I had it apart. I was told that I would notice a little more vibration in the motor due to the lighter crank pulley but I did not experience this.

Charging

Just had to add my 2 cents in regard to underdrive pulleys as experienced on my 5.0 Mustang. While indeed I did notice their presence namely in the fact that the engine is able to gain RPM at a faster rate. Again no Dyno testing of any products will be done on this vehicle untill tuning becomes neccesary further down the road.
The issue I have with these is that I had to bump my idle over 1k just to keep the alternator providing enough juice for the battery at idle. At night this means my lights all dim down when I come to a stop. As well as the blinker gets slow, etc etc...
Note that this is an AOD car as well, which probably exaggerates the concern.
I hope to correct this when I address the charging system in general. Likely a deep cycle battery and higher amp alternator will reduce the negative effects if not eliminate them.
