Pros: Low cost. Light weight. Very versatile.
Cons:

This is a universal tool stand which could be used as a saw horse. It is light weight, and folds to fit into the trunk of a car. It holds heavy tools without shaking while they are being used. Check this link for more information: http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/...cStoreNum=8125
