Pros: Portable, lightweight, standard "C" batteries.
Cons: A bit pricy but worth it.

This LED light features a new generation 6 watt K2 Luxeon LED. I was amazed at the amount of light this could throw from just one LED. It is easier on batteries than its halogen equivalent counterparts. The quality of light is better too. They are constantly advancing this new technology, so I would assume that the price will drop as more companies come out with stronger models. It uses standard "C" batteries, so it's easy to swap rechargeable batteries into it when the light starts to get weak. Standard halogen spotlights have a very short run time, and a long recharge time. Don't forget that halogen bulbs run hotter, and burn out faster.
