Pros: Small size, heats up water very quickly, and doesn't run out of hot water.
Cons: It's a few times the price of a tank style hot water heater.

This unit is very compact, but does an excellent job at maintaining hot water. It was the first time I was able to take a shower in my house without having to increase the hot water coming into the shower every few minutes. It has a digital temperature display for fine tuning the temperature level. This model has the highest gallons per minute flow with an average BTU rating. Other models require a much higher BTU rating to achieve the same GPM flow rate. This makes it even more efficient than other competitive brands with the same capacity (2 major appliances or fixtures running at the same time). I save an average of $8 - $16 a month, and keep it set on 104 degrees Fahrenheit most of the time.

Pros:
Cons:

Brooklyn, are you still satisfied with this product? I'm considering adding a tankless water heater as my current natural gas water heater is about 8 years old.

I see there is a $300 tax credit available in 2009 as well.
