Pros: Lightweight, very powerful, very fast recharge time, long lasting battery.
Cons: Nothing to date.

I use these every day for work installing cabinets in kitchens and bathrooms. the 1.5ah batteries will last me a day of predrilling holes then driving screws in, using hole saws, basically whatever I need (I average 300 screws a day, predrill then impact in plus cutting out plumbing holes). The impact is very small for the amount of power it has, it snaps #2 driver bits and screws like they're nothing. The drill is faster then the hitachi lithium ion drill, it's the only other lithium ion I've used. Both weigh nothing, are very well balanced, and are just great drills. I've had these for 3+ months with no real problems to speak of, the keyless chuck doesn't lock right away when tightening a bit, it does after it turns 1/4 turn or so. I use the crap out of these though and haven't had any issues.

Pros: Battery Charge Life, Work Light, Lght Weight
Cons: Huge Charger

I have the drill not the impact driver and love it. I travel for my work as a computer installer by plane frequently and this comes along every week. I can leave the charger at home and have enough battery I usually only need one. Usually I drill 3 or 4 2" holes in Formica or Corian counter tops with 3/4" Ply underneath and 50 or so drywall screws and a dozen or so holes in stainless steel.

The light is great I did not buy it for this feature but now I cannot live without it!

The charger is much too big and has a huge void in the bottom of it. Definitely could have been made smaller.
