Pros: Price, Warranty
Cons:

I bought these for my 2000 Explorer in the P255/70R16 size and my 1999 Ranger in the LT265/75R16 size. The Explorer has about 30K and 20 months on them and still run and look great. Very Smooth and good wet and dry traction, the car is a DD for my wife and kids does not go off road at all. I feel they handle much better than the RT/S's I had before.

I just put them on the Ranger and was very pleased so far but have only put about 2k on them. I did drive the Ranger in some snow with them within 24 hours of having them put on (I was in NH going back to Atlanta in a snow / ice storm) and they handled very well also.

Both sets balanced out very well with minimal weights.

I have been told you can only get them at Wal-Mart by the local Goodyear shop and he bagged on them a bit but also could not come close to the price. With that said they will rotate, balance and check the pressure on them every 3 - 5k and the wife gets it done while she is shopping, which goes a long way to their longevity (They never got done before). They come with a 50k unlimited time pro-rated warranty and I got the road hazard protection but have yet to need it.

I don't think you can beat these in price vs. quality.
