Pros: Price, availability, sound
Cons: can be a bit loud

I have this installed on my 98 Sport OHV. This is the best sounding muffler that I have found as of yet for this motor, and I have tried everything from Flowmasters to Magnaflow, glasspacks, turbo mufflers, and even straight pipe. It is a bit on the loud side, but the in cabin drone is not bad at all at highway speeds.

Pros: Loud and deep
Cons: A bit loud

I agree with dan, this is one of the best sounding mufflers for the 4.0. I have also had the flowmaster, magnaflow, and straight pipe and this one blows them all away.
