Pros: Sturdy, doesn't break easily, fits well
Cons:

I had to buy this kit after I broke the one I bought from Circuit City. This kit came with 2 pieces. One with tabs and one without. I needed the one with out tabs for my Explorer. Installed everything, stereo is in tight and does not move around at all. I picked this up from Autozone for about $9.99 or so.

Pros: Looks OEM Stock
Cons: Not as Sturdy

Bought this from Best Buy about 6 months ago. Looks the explorer came factory with this unit in it. For the price you can't even consider making your own. The only thing i didn't like (but not a big deal at all) was that it wasn't very sturdy. It's somewhat flimsy. I have bought many of these install kits for numerous cars and this one seems to just be a bit more flimsy. Not a big deal but thought i'd mention it. Go ahead and pick one of these up if you have/are gettin a deck. Nathan
