Pros:	Fast shipping, excellent customer service, and wholesale prices on transmission parts.
Cons:

This place has excellent customer service, fast shipping, and a large variety of parts for most transmissions. I ordered parts on Sunday night, and they were packed, and shipped on Monday. I received them on Thursday. They have many shipping options. All of the parts were very well packaged with bubble wrap.
