Pros: Very durable organizer with a lot of storage space.
Cons:

I have a half a dozen of these organizers which go to job sites, and take some abuse, but don't show it. I have a copy made by Harbor Freight which is slightly deeper with 8 compartments compared 10 on the Stanley. It's not bad either, but the quality is much lower. The handle came apart, and the cover broke right away on the Harbor Freight organizer, but this never happened on any of the Stanley organizers. Stanley makes a shallow model with more compartments for a slightly lower price than this one.

I use one of these at work. It is packed full of audio adapters and keeps everything organized. Very nice.

Pros: Strong, well sized, removable compartments
Cons: ...? Sometimes I wish it had more large compartments

We also bring these to jobsites, and they tae a fair bit of abuse, great little product.
