Pros: Fast bit changing action.
Cons: Can't take much abuse.

This tool is very useful for doing most jobs. Don't think about using this as a chisel or getting it wet. The internal mechanism is very fragile, but will perform well if used properly. The parts trap water inside of it, and is very difficult to drain. Rust will bind everything up. The plastic will crack if you use it as a chisel. I've had a few of these over the years, so these are its weaknesses. A ratchet action with a molded rubber grip would make this superior to any other one on the market. Maybe Sears will read this, and come out with a second version to improve on their design? Overall, it's a very useful tool to use if you are an electrician, locksmith or carpenter.
