Pros: Very nice stand which is stable, sturdy, and reasonably priced.
Cons:

This stand easily attaches to my Craftsman 12" miter saw. The overall construction is pretty good. It has several adjustments for adjusting the arms, height of the arms, rollers, and material stop. The stand folds for portability. It has rubber ends on the feet to keep it from moving. The wood saw supports detach from the stand, and stay permanently connected to the saw. You could still use the saw on any flat surface with these supports connected. There is a small adjustable plastic guide which stays on the stand to align the saw when you connect it to the base.
