Quick and easy. No cleanup.
Cons:
More expensive than a reusable board in the long run. Need to be careful not to rip sheet.
I started with a regular mixing board which needs to be cleaned after each use. I got tired of that REALLY quick. I
t wasn't long before I bought this mixing board. For the most part it works great. You just need to be careful not to rip a sheet while you're working the filler. That has only happened a few times.
