Pros:	Easy to adjust with a ratcheting grip. Offset to accomodate the recessed pulley design of the 3.0L water pump.
Cons:

This is a very good tool! It has a lot of leverage, an adjustable locking grip with a ratcheting action, and offset locking grips to accomodate the 3.0L water pump design.
