Pros:	Makes an otherwise useless area practical.
Cons:

I once saw this product in a mail order catalog many years ago, and never saw it again until I did a search on Amazon for a laundry shelf. The open wire design enables it to stay clean. The wire around it keeps things from falling off. This space was useless before this shelf.
