The RCT100 is a conventional 3/8" drive ratchet that can use any standard socket. The RCT100 becomes a 3/8" twist ratchet by twisting the handle 360 degrees which activates the ratcheting action in forward or reverse and allowing you to get into tight spaces. If you remove the ratchet handle of the RCT100 it becomes a right angle adapter that can be used in a drill. The RCT100 comes with 20 pieces.

Pros:
This is a very handy tool. It's actually 3 tools in one.
Cons:
This tool comes in handy for getting into tight places where other tools might have difficulty. It comes with many different attachments, and has a cushioned grip handle. You could twist the handle in either direction, and the ratchet will speed turn in the same direction regardless which way you turn the handle. The head could be removed, and placed into a power drill or a cordless screwdriver. It has a 1/4" drive internal hex. The ratchet is a 3/8" drive.
