Pros: It comes with the chalk, is low in price, and is a name brand.
Cons:

This chalk line kit does what it's supposed to do: makes a chalk line without having to use yard sticks, and pencils. It's easy to, holds a lot of chalk, and has good over all construction. The chalk is highly visible, and is removed easily. Sometimes you could find a no name brand tool for a few dollars less, but it won't come with the chalk.
