Pros: Very nice design. Easy to install, and very durable.
Cons:

Other blades that I've used in the past had a loose fitting outer jacket that fell apart after a while. These blades have a better design overall. They don't have multiple discrete parts which fall apart. We've been getting a lot of rain for 2 months, and I've used these blades many times. They clean the windshield without excessive noise.
