Pros: It applies an even bead of caulk to help prevent waste, and keep everything consistant.
Cons: The batteries started to get weak after 5 tubes, and speed # 1 stopped working since it wasn't strong enough. Speed # 1 is incredibly slow.

This is a nice caulking gun for the price. It uses 4 AA batteries which are included. Rechargeable batteries are recommended since it will only work with 9 tubes until it goes dead. Better quality batteries might last longer. The gun worked perfectly until the 5th tube was finished. The first speed stopped working since the batteries were too weak to power it, but speed # 2 continued to work for another 4 tubes of caulk until it was too weak to push anymore caulk. The handle provides a little boost if you squeeze it. It will help push the caulk out manually if the battery is weak. Speed # 2 is slow, and will continue to get slower as the batteries slowly get drained.

Pros:
Cons: It broke after 15 months.

It broke after 15 months. It has a 2 year warranty, but nobody stocks it locally. Amazon still sells it, but it cost a little more now. The front plastic that holds the silicone tube sometimes skips if the caulk is thick, and hard to push out.
