Pros:
It applies an even bead of caulk to help prevent waste, and keep everything consistant.
Cons:
The batteries started to get weak after 5 tubes, and speed # 1 stopped working since it wasn't strong enough. Speed # 1 is incredibly slow.

This is a nice caulking gun for the price. It uses 4 AA batteries which are included. Rechargeable batteries are recommended since it will only work with 9 tubes until it goes dead. Better quality batteries might last longer. The gun worked perfectly until the 5th tube was finished. The first speed stopped working since the batteries were too weak to power it, but speed # 2 continued to work for another 4 tubes of caulk until it was to weak to push anymore caulk. The handle provides a little boost if you squeeze it. It will help push the caulk out manually if the battery is weak. Speed # 2 is slow, and will continue to get slower as the batteries slowly get drained.
