Pros:	Easy to work with. The paste is very strong, and you don't have to wait for anything to harden.
Cons:	Not too many places sell it, and it's not cheap.

This tape makes repairing roofing seams simple. You peel off the paper on the back of the roll as the tape is being applied, smooth the tape out, and it's finished. As an extra precaution, it's a good idea to go around the edges with flashing cement to help prevent the tape from eventually coming loose.
