Description: http://www.stickwithpl.com/Products....ashing-Sealant
PL Polyurethane® Roof & Flashing Sealant.

PL Polyurethane® Roof & Flashing Sealant is a premium quality, commercial grade sealant developed especially for forming permanent, water, and weather proof seals in all exterior gaps, and joints. This sealant is elastic, and remains flexible to expand, and contract with construction material movement to protect, and retain the original seal.

HOW TO USE:
Make sure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil, grease or loose materials which adversely affect adhesion of the sealant. Trim nozzle at 45º angle to make desired opening. Place cartridge in caulking gun, and puncture seal inside spout with nail. Apply by forcing sealant onto surfaces. Sealant should be applied when temperature is above 40ºF.

Available in a 10.2 oz. cartridge.

Pros: Probably one of the best flashing cements I've used.
Cons: Only one local store, some Home Depot stores, and Lowe's sell it, but it takes a month to reorder. There are much cheaper ones out there, but you get what you pay for.

This adhesive hardens pretty fast, and bonds similar to silicone. It doesn't remain mushy like other flashing cements on the market. It's difficult to remove once it gets hard, and forms a tough seal.
