supersize

Description: What is the Super Swamper LTB? The Super Swamper LTBs are in the same basic Three Stage Lug design as the famous Super Swamper TSL’s but a little more aggressive. The large lug is offset more to the outside which gives the tire superb traction. It is in bias ply construction which allows for the more aggressive lugs and very strong sidewalls to better resist the rigors of hard off-roading. The bias construction reduces the chances of sidewall splitting when run off road at low air pressure. There are many sizes available that are not available in the regular TSL line. **TREAD DESIGN MAY DIFFER BY SIZE**

Pros: Great in mud and rock traction, Handle ok on road for being a bias ply off road tire.
Cons: Not for a daily driver, sucks of the road but for what it is it does ok

I bought these to do what my BFG All-Terrains weren't quite up to, play in the mud. These perform excellent off road. I have come to a complete stop in mud, where my all terrains left me down several times, and accelerating with ease I came out like the mud was non existent. My explorer is my weekend warrior and I drive it to work about once a week, but if you have a single vehicle for a daily driver then these tires probably aren't for you. Pavement grip does suck because these are made for rough terrain and getting to a stop is a chore and a half! I did not get these balanced. These tires ride great on my pro comp rock crawler rims and have little to no vibration, just a steady hum on the pavement. Now when they are cold they develop flat spots and vibrate like a b*tch around 35 mph, but it goes away when they warm up about 2 miles down the road. That's the only down fall to having an aggressive bias ply tire. For not being balanced and as good as they are off road I gave them a 10 out of 10 review because they surpass what I expected out of them and what I bought them for.

Pros: Very aggressive
Cons: only that I can't get them in 16/42-16

I love these tires, I have a 5.5 inch lift on my Explorer, and 33 inch LTBs. I am in the process of installing a dana 60 front and rear and would love to have 42 inch tires, but will have to settle for 40 inchers.
