Pros: Excellent service, very knowledegable owner
Cons: none

I've dealt with Doug on numerous occasions and for several different issues. He re-burned his 91 torque program into a spare bank on my "Apten Chip", he helped me solve a very troublesome connectivity issue that was causing me to stall, he sold me a C&L MAF, a SCT XC2 flasher (replaced the chip) and also re-programmed the tuner for my V8 Eddie Bauer. I always get first rate service. Doug responds to emails as soon as possible, and he even called me once to clarify some issues.

He's a class act and Bamachips is a class company. His tuning is first rate (tried his tuning on both a SOHC and a V8).

Pros: Quality service, vast Ford knowledge
Cons: None

I was impressed with Doug's customer service before I ever meet him.

I have spend a lot of tome of the phone with Doug developing experimental tunes.

He is not only about the best Ford tuner out there, but also he is a fine person and a pleasure to be around.

Unconditionaly recommended.
