Jegs is a High performance mail order company with 3 brick and morter stores located in Central Ohio. Their main warehouse facility is in Delaware Ohio. The 3 stores are located on West Broad street @ I270 in Columbus, 11th ave west of I71 and on East Main Street in Reynoldsburg (about 10 miles west of National Trails Raceway park on US40)

Sales associates are not very attuned to Ford procucts.

The retail stores carry extremely limited stock of products. Don't expect to go to the store and pick up anything that is not a commonly needed part. Most of what they have in store are samples and displays. They do carry parts like wires, plugs, gaskets, some dress up items, pullies and ignition parts for some applicaitons (mostly late model Mustang, Camaro/Firebird and GM Truck). I have never been in the store when they have everything I need, they always have to order something. I have called their technical line before and they have been wrong on application too. I once had one of their associates tell me that it was not possible to get 400HP from a 4.6L motor. Duh, read MM&FF dummy! One time I went into a store and asked if they had anything to make a Taurus quicker, better mileage, etc...the associate looked at me if I just stepped off of a UFO.

I have used Jeg's mail order for years and have never experienced any problems.
Returns are easy to do; their customer service is wonderful/
High;y recommend.

Dealt with Jeg's a few different times. Ordered small things, but they always packaged their items up right and gave me free stuff with it. Great company!
