Pros: Decent Service, Good Products (Name Brands)
Cons: Took For Ever To Get My Problem Fixed - Contacted BBB

Decent place to get your parts online. I ordered some tires which I had some trouble with and then had some issues returning them. Ended up contacting the president and contacting the BBB. Fixed my problem after that. They also had a bad shipping company pick up the tires I was returning, and the company lost a tire and blamed me for not giving them all four. They later found the tire in like Texas when it was suppose to be in CA. Just have to deal with a lot of BS. Decent place to get small things though (Wheels, winches, etc.)

Pros:
Cons:

I have done some business with 4WP for both my Jeep and Explorer and I have been satisfied. Their prices are average and sometimes the price in store does not match with the online price and you have to tell them to get it. Bottom line is if you do your homework you can usually find a better deal at another supplier. They have been very helpful with warranty issues (Rancho and Warn) however.

Pros: good deals and free shipping on weekends
Cons: none yet

I bought a set of 4 31" Pro-Comp All-Terrains and 4 15X8 Extreme Alloy wheels from 4wheelparts last March (2005)when Pro-comp did their twice a year buy 3 get one free deal.
No other online retailer could match 4wheelparts mounted and balanced price and still offer free shipping.
Tires came mounted and balanced on the wheels perfectly. Free.
Center caps and lug nuts.
Free.

They did have to back order the wheels, but I wasn't in a hurry to get them anyway. IIRC I ordered near the middle of March and recieved them early April.
Shipping was fine, and since I bought online on a weekend, it was free, everything arrived on a pallet and was in my front yard when I got home one day.

I was nervous as I'd never purchased something so expensive online before, but I am beyond happy with my experience.

Pros: Prices, Availability
Cons:

I've bought two sets of tires from 4WheelParts.com. My last purchase was a set of 36x13.50-15 IROKs. The price was right $192ea. and shipping was fast and free (special offer which they run a few times a year). I believe I had my tires within a week delivered to my door by truck freight
