I am getting a "no signal" message when I have Sirius on, however it works fine. Radio also works fine. Annoying as the "no signal" message covers a big portion of the screen blocking information. Where is the Sirius antenna and is there a way to reset?

The Sirius antenna is in the base of the radio antenna. If everything is working I don't know why you are seeing that message. You could try a Master Reset but you will lose some saved settings and may have to re-pair your phone. Can't say it will work. You could also try getting a signal sent to your radio by going onto the SiriusXM website.

Im having the same problem. Just started yesterday. Works when i first start the car, then loses signal about a minute later. Will re-aquire again for a few minutes then lose it again. Could this be on Sirius end?

I was out around midday yesterday and had no issue with the signal so I doubt the problem was with Sirius. Matter of fact, I just renewed yesterday as well.

My issue is just the message on the display "No Signal", radio seems to be working ok. How do you do a MasterReset?

I installed a Shark antenna three years ago, seems odd that would be an issue after that ,much time.

You do it through your MFT options. It will erase all stored info and return the system back to factory default. See pages 439, 440 in the Manual (3rd printing).

This is odd, mine went out yesterday too. Only came back after I let all the modules power down for a bit. A refresh signal from Sirius is recommended as well. Can't hurt.

It seems this is a problem affecting the 2018 models for some reason.

Yeah, I know... Old thread. Only one I could find that explicitly discussed this issue.

Has anyone had a successful (long term, that is) resolution for the symptom described in the first post?

Our '15 just started this a couple of weeks ago. The first time was when I was driving and switched Sirius channels through the MFT screen. When the car was started the next day, the message was gone. My wife reported this week that it had happened to her three times so far this past week, each time while changing channels through the steering wheel control. She didn't say what, if anything, transpired that cleared it.

I haven't done anything in regards to it yet since I don't have anything concrete to go on yet. This thread is the only one I came across that is explicit to this symptom but the replies appear to be inconclusive. Any feedback is appreciated.
