A friend of mine gave me this 1998 Dodge Ram 1500. The transmission wouldn't get out of 2nd and it needed some basic maintenance. He wanted to give it to a junkyard, but he called me up at work and asked if I wanted it. I said "Hell, yeah!" and brought it home a week later.

The second batch of 25 was made making the total 50, number 13 is in the hands of my friend who will be racing it in the Viper Cup Series. He'll be racing August 14th and 15th at Hallett Motor Park in Jennings, OK. The races will be Versus at 3:30pm (EST time? i think i might be wrong) on Sept 5th and Sept 12th.

I just bought a 1998 dodge ram 1500 4x4 long bed with a 5.2L for $6k. It only has 24k miles and has a class 4 hitch and some bull bars/brush guard on the front. It was a military service vehicle that was used on the specwar base. I am going to use it as a tow vehicle and winter vehicle.

I have one and I love my truck. It is 4.7L V8 automatic. It has the H.O. intake, cold air induction, H.O. cams, cat back exhaust by Spintech and my muffler guy. I also have 17 R/T rims on it. I love Mopar stuff. I like Ford also. I'm saving for a Challenger SRT 8.

It's a 1997 Dodge Dakota 4x4 with a 318. It has had some work done to it including an M1 intake manifold, holley throttle body, headers, and a tune.

So as not to put 2k miles on my Explorer I rented a 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel. This is the top of the line Durango. Very similar in features to the Exp LTD. I got about 23mpg hwy... apparently better than the Explorer. Manual 3rd row. GPS was accurate, but I found difficult to set up. I guess this is similar to the Jeep except it has the 3rd row.

 

Hi, trying to find out what years transmissions are interchangeable with a 2000 caravan with a 3.0. Thought maybe someone here might know, if you do, let me know! I've done alot of searching online but haven't found any definite answers. So any input would be appreciated Thanks!

 

well, it's an 02 Durango SXT... has a little display panel on the dash...
when you turn the lights on it does this...

and beeps constantly.... any suggestions where to start looking at fixing it? The haynes manual doesn't even cover anything to do with it

Hello, all!

My "other" car is a '98 Breeze, and as long as we've owned it, the FM reception range has not been good. As long as the car is close to a metropolitan area (close to the radio broadcast origin), it's clear, but man, 15 miles out of town, and it's nothing but static.

Anybody know how I could test the antenna? Or might the problem lie in the receiver?
