We have 92 Ranger with a hydraulic clutch. We have replaced the Master and slave cylinders and can't get any pressure to the pressure plate. WE get pressure to bleed the slave, but when we close the bleeder, we get no real pressure.

Any Ideas?

Search this forum.
You likely need to bench bleed the master cylinder, then install it, then bleed the slave.
The internal slave cylinders are a real BI%^$ to bleed, but when you get it right it will work....

Do a search, see what others have done, then come back and ask if you still have questions. This is covered alot, as every 5 speed Ranger/Explorer uses a similar setup :)

no pressure? disconnect pushrod from pedal and remove snapring from the master cylinder, and pull piston from bore. When fluid comes out, quickly reinstall the piston and reassemble. Before doing this, make sure the fluid is full and cap is off. If you dont do it this way you will be pumping the pedal for a year. Hope this helps
