FROADER's "Re-registry"

Well as many know, I haven't had my explorer for quite some time. That has all changed since about 1 hour ago. I bought Mark's Explorer from him this morning (Felix on the board) and I'm already loving it.

This is my old one.

About ten minutes with a little saw and channel locks and about twenty minutes with my 4.5" angle grinder with a 36 grit disc, (what I use for the tikis) and it was done.

Hey, next time you're in Tiki heaven let me know. I would of swung by.
Speaking of which, here is the tiki I worked on at Bill's house. I still need to burn and sand it.

Kewl stuff Colin:thumbsup: I've been wanting to make a new bumper for my truck. The one that's on there is just .120 wall with cheezy mounts but it keep me legal and that is all I cared about when I built it. My next one will be pretty much the same except thicker wall steel and a hitch mount for recovery purposes.

Nice Colin;) Although the white trucks are starting to look kinda close now :p:

Uh-oh...look what I did today. ROCK LIGHTS!!

First post updated with pics.

I got the lights from Pep Boys for $20 a pair, which came with the wiring harness, switches (I didn't need), and inline fuses. It wouldn't get dark fast enough tonight, so I finally just went and got some pics.

I'll take a couple pics of how I moutned them tomorrow.

jooo get the pics of the install yet?

Had grandma's b-day party today. I'll try and get some pics asap.
Oh grandmama? How is she doing? God I havent seen her in like what? 6 years now ever since I moved out here to the east coast?

BTW, these are temp mounts but work just fine. I'm going to get better brackets whenever I think about it, which means it probably won't happen for a while. :)

Looks cool Colin, are you using a relay or just a fuse?

I just installed a pair of rock lights in the front fenderwells and stole the wires from the cig lighter since I never use it. It's a 25 amp fuse at the fuse box so I figured it's pretty safe.

i think the pics are titled backwards...?
