I am about to repaint my 94 4 door. What I am wondering is the trim molding on the doors, what is it attatched with is it bolted or taped on from the factory? if it is taped it is going going gone but if it is bolted i will have to put it back on because I don't want to fill holes. I did a search and couldn't find anything.

Thanks, Jarrett

The rubber "bump" strip is attached with a very strong double stick tape.

been wondering the same thing, anyone have any pictures of it off? I assume the paint underneath wont be faded so it'll leave a ghost stripe too?

I have a door that was in an accident and the strip is half off. I can take a picture or two if you guys want to see under the strip. Let me know
