Missing coolant on a 2003 Explorer.

I have a 2003 ford explorer xlt and my coolant keep disappearing, I changed the thermostat, I changed the reservoir cap, and there is no coolant in the engine oil, and no smoke coming out he tail pipe, I am out of options. Help!!!!

Same happened to me. Got progressively worse over time and I ended up with a ceased engine. Are the two related? Maybe.

Check your oil for anti-freeze...maybe even have it analyzed. Your head gasket may be the culprit.
