91 Explorer D44 TTB, Coilovers, Bypass, and more.

Hey guys, I have been collecting parts and ramping up for this project for the last couple of years, I made a deal with a buddy, Sean Roper from Roper Fabrication and brought him a nice pile of parts to work with, here is what it looks like so far.
EDIT: The bumper and body panels are all just resting there with gravity, they are going to be taken off and mothballed until it is ready to go. As are all the shocks.

Specs: Front Bronco D44ttb, cut/turned/trussed, uniball pivots, and heimed radius arms. It has Bilstein 2.65"x17" Coilovers, 2.65"x14" 4-tube bypass, and a 2"x4" hydraulic bumpstop. The steering is double swing set style and all tie rods are straight with no bends, and they follow the arc of the beams perfectly, no bumpsteer.

Plans for the rest, full 2"x.120" cage, have beard buckets and beard bench. For the rear, 2.65"x14" coilovers, 2.65"x17" 4-tube bypass, and 2"x4" bumpstop, 3 link with trailing arms, and tires are 35"x12.50"x17". I have a manual transfer case for it, and I am on the search for manual doors. It needs a lot more work and it will be slow coming as I have a busy schedule with work and kids. But it will happen eventually.

Fabrication looks top notch:thumbsup: What tires are those?

Thanks! They are Hankook DynaPros that someone butchered with a tire sipe. Some of the sipes are down to the belts, so they are basically brand new, zero miles tires that are ruined, I am just using them for rollers for now.

Hoisting it up to finally get on to the rear links. Super slow build.

Very nice sir.

I haven't updated this in a while. But...long story short. New job. No time. I am selling this entire lot of stuff, along with tools, possibly a trailer, materials, hardware, too much to list. Also for the right price I'll include a 2001 Dodge CTD 4x4, shortbed, 37" TOYO m/t tires, and tons of upgrades.

mods, if this is prohibited I'll gladly delete it.

I will give someone a great deal on this chassis and suspension! It would be a great start to a really nice explorer. I sold all the shocks and tools but the chassis and suspension as well as all the fiberglass, the manual transfer case, rear floater 9", links etc are all ready to go.
