Automatic Window Switch for Rear Windows

I was in a 2014 Fusion and all 4 window switches were AUTO up and down.

I would like to have my explorer work the same way. Has anyone tried to change the switches out yet? Is it as simple as just buying two new switches? Or is it one big block of 4 switches? I have not pulled my switch panel out yet to look at it.
Though I would see if anyone else has tried this...

It's not that easy, the motors themselves are "smart motors" and only the front two have them.

I took the door switch apart and there is only one circuit board which has all 4 window switches and mirrors on it. So in addition to the smart motors, there is no way to do this.

I looked at using a Fusion door switch since they look almost identical, but under closer review the Focus does not have folding mirrors.

Case closed, oh well.
