5th Generation Cleaning, Detailing, Waxing. #CleanCarDay - Show off your cleaned Ex

The only thing that's driving me crazy is the dead bug marks on the front bumper and grille. I spent an hour cleaning it and there's still bumps on it!!! I got some great tips from other forum members and will apply those to my XPlatinum tomorrow.

EZ way to remove bug guts. Use a wet fabric dryer sheet (Downey or what ever you have on hand) on the front of the car before you wash it. This will remove all traces of the bugs and will not hurt the paint.

I just bought Top Coat F11 recommended by a lot of forum users. Let's hope that does the trick.

LMAO because on the West Coast if you want to see it rain all you do is wash your car and then it rains 15 minutes later. In March it rained 23 days out of 31.

So after I wash mine I just sit and stare at it until it starts raining.

You won't have to worry about the rain here on your split location ... but the dust is/has been bad this month.

I used to really enjoy cleaning cars/keeping them clean and then I moved to a place with HARD water and DUST ... not so much fun/enjoyable anymore.... but once I do clean them, it's nice to see ... even if for just a few minutes of "clean"

Yes, it only took one AZ driveway washing session for me to realize what hard water spots were!

Are those Sound Off MForce in the grill?
No, all my emergency lighting are Feniex products, I love them. Everything has held up very good and bright at 4watts per LED. The top two grill lights are T6 Cobras and the bottom two are Fusions. A guy at the station did a little damage to the grill and I had to replace 2 of the lights, unfortunately they stopped making the T-6's at that point.

I've never heard of that before. I purchased the bug and tar remover but the dryer sheet is pretty innovative. I'll give it a try sometime

Local Fire Dept. tried Feniex and two of the vehicles had water inside the lens so they pulled them and went back to Sound Off.

My semi daily routine. Easy and quick. It's incredible how much dust the car accrues overnight. The scary thing is that's what we're breathing in.

Think/thank boogers for removing/filtering out a good portion of the dust LOL :)
Yeah, in AZ i'd be dusting my car on a regular basis and do occasionally but it really makes having a darker vehicle really tough to keep clean and don't even get my started on the hard water and the spotting.

Edit - need to order a new duster... Amazon here I come!

Guess I've been lucky lol, they've worked for me though

Anybody have experience with this product? Any feedback please? Thank you, all in advance.
I haven't used that particular cleaner but have tried what I believe is a product that appears to be very similar with great results. My daughter bought a used Chrysler 300c SRT with some nice but really cruddy rims and used this product with great results.

I'm usually so against aftermarket wheels but damn those Velgens are nice, in that black, they look so nice. I hate the 16/17 Painted Grey Pocket wheels. Maybe if the Sport had glass black painted pockets they would work but gray doesn't match anything else on the Sport.
