BCM code to allow rear hatch entry?

At one point before I added the remote start for my 2013 I was able to walk up to the rear door and open it with out use of the key. I found a schematic from the BCM pin 23 that enables power to the the latch when the doors are unlocked through fuse 23, It doesn't work anymore and was wondering if anyone had the forscan hack to re-enable this feature? I would revert to the stock configuration to see if that works first. If it does, then you modified blocks other than those containing the remote start configuration.

720-01-03 was originally 808A F800 2D and now 808A 00C8 FD

I was trying to use a donor car close to my Vin with the same options but a base civilian model 1FM5K8D82DGC30601
Mainly because it had sirius radio enabled, still trying to make this work in the PIU. I have a CD module with the SAT built in but still no luck getting radio display to say not equipped

Has factory reverse camera and proximity sensors, factory keyless entry, and Sync audio- voice control & bluetooth
I have the 5 button remote and the car will respond with parking lights and interior lights using the power lift gate button, still no tailgate entry without using the key. I swear to you It was working at one time I BELIEVE using the civilian programming at 720-01-03

I would start by looking at the 0 & 1 (usually disable and enable) differences in the configuration. Here are a few options to try that are enabled on that civilian VIN but not on your car. I don't have descriptions for these locations for the 2011-2015MY as I have just started mapping them. I would try each line and note the changes(if any) then revert it before trying the next line.

Not sure why your tailgate won't open. Mine does with the same inputs for remote start. For your sat radio to be enabled ( I CAN'T confirm this, waiting on my ACM with Sat to arrive in the mail ), My research has lead me to

FCDIM 7A5-01-01 change from 0021 1000 20FF to 2021 1000 20** (Again isn't confirmed )

Also ( I can confirm this on my 2014 PIU ) if you go to

IPC 720-01-02 and change from 8E11 4C03 1931 to BE11 4CF3 194D

you will have Intelligent AWD display as well as Compass Heading ( compass heading will appear beside the odometer )

Not to hijack the thread, but do all Interceptors have the compass installed? In IPC diagnostics mode, mine shows
"Compass: --" in the IPC diagnostics screens.

All I can say is my 2014 PIU didn't have a compass and my research led me to change my settings from xxxx 4C03 xxxx to xxxx 4CF3 xxxx ; and N, NW, W etc now appear beside the odometer ( and I get no DTC )

Ok good news gents, on 3 items here

First 720-01-02 was 8E10 4003 1924 and now is BE10 40F3 1924
This added the compass display on the dashboard, and gave me the compass setting in the menu, and I now have the all wheel drive gauge display

AS WELL... Satellite radio is now enabled!!!!!!
as stated previously by Stroker70 changing 7A5-01-01 from 0021 1000 00DF to now 2021 1000 00FF
adds the satellite radio function if you have the correct CD player and antenna jumper from the passenger kick panel (yellow colored plug with empty slot) to the dash with 2 leads. if not its part number

I just bought another CD Sat unit with HD radio...hope that works too but if not I really don't care. The unit I had form the junk yard has blown speaker outputs and couldn't hear SYNC or sound through the front door speakers.

On my 2017 (should be same as 2016), I changed 726-37-02 - bit 7 goes from 1 to 0 to disable liftgate timer switch in overhead console so the liftgate would lock/unlock with doors.

My asbuilt for 726-37-02 was 0101 0202 026E and it changed to 0001 0202 026D.

any luck with your lift gate? I replaced the Liftgate control module on my 2017 Explorer Sport.. and I’m having trouble trying to enable it on my dash settings.. I have the ForScan running on my Laptop. it have me a U0230 code saying lost communication with Rear Liftgate module..
I’ll attach images as well to help clarify the issue..
