The key is not a chip key or at least I say that because it is very thn.
When the car is off, the theft text in the dashboard is a normal slow red blink and is not preventing the car from starting. After the car sits for a while the theft text is off.
But nonetheless, I thought there was not PATS in Explorers until 1998 so WHAT IS THIS?
