Has anyone had a positive experience with Flagship One? I'm considering buying a pcm from them and came across several negative reviews for their company.

Some but there seems to be a lot more negative reviews than positive ones. I would like to think most businesses want to provide the best service to they're customers but after seeing so many bad reviews I'm looking for another source for a pcm.
