Replace the Tailgate hatch handle 2000 Ford Explorer XLS

Hi guys!! Anyone know how to replace the tailgate hatch handle on a 2000 ford explorer. I’m search for videos but nothing appears. Only to repair the broken clips. Mine broke the handle. I look but apparently this part it’s attached with rivets. Any ideas??? Thanks a lot.
