This is a picture of a truck that looks just like mine. It's a 2000 Saleen XP8. I saw it at the Seattle International Auto Show and tracked it down to a dealer. It's number 12 of 18 made that year. It's missing the window sticker now because I thought it looked hideous. It's a normally aspirated AWD. I've been thinking about a blower (Kenne/Bell) but can't quite justify the expense. (I know. Why be rational?) Anyway, that's all I can think of right now. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks to Explorer Forum, I've been infected by the need to modify my Explorer! :D Thanks for all the great write-ups and advice! So far I've only installed new wheels and tires and a bull bar. Will be working on installing Flowmaster Delta 40s and KC driving lights this weekend. Also debating whether or not I should lower it by an inch.. I had to cut some of the plastic inner fender trim off so the tires wouldn't rub near full lock. Let me know what you think! :salute:
Hello All. I guess it's time to finally have a registry page for Blue. But first, a little about myself. My name is Russell Darnell. I'm 17, and I live in Mustang, Oklahoma. A.K.A. Indian Wasteland. But back to Blue. He's a 1992 Eddie Bauer Explorer, and as Monster Garage said 'with a major personalitity change'. This post will be the transformation a stock explorer, into one, very nice and unique, vehicle. It all started in December, 1991. Wilson Foreman, the son of a woman who was my sister's neighbor, happened to win the texas lottery. 12.5 million I think. Well, as a birthday/'Hey, I'm rich' gift, Wilson bought a brand new, 1992, top of the line Explorer. MSRP, $34,000. For 5 years, Blue was a grocery getter for an...

This is work in progress, but standby... More coming soon. The first thing we need to cover is: Why? "Just by a set for the 2005 Sport Trac" you say? Sure, I could, but I bought these when they were listed as 2001-2005 over 3 years ago and life got in the way. New job, big move, new house, and an actual shop - time to install them! I matched them up with a Felpro exhaust manifold gasket I had and looking through the slit in the fenderwell, I called it good. Not quite.
