Thanks RoadBully for showing your ride and how to get the third gen lifted. Ive been searching for a year and i couldn't find anything on lifts. but the coils makes sense. MY question is did you have to do any mods for the half shafts that come out of the rear diff.
or did you have to get bigger strutts for the coils to fit. again real nice explorer man
 






Mine has actually been lifted for a few weeks, but I didn't want to post here till I got it out in "the ****".

The CV's were fine in the rear end, no modifications needed.
I'm running stock struts, right now. Nothing is needed there either, but I am
looking to see if I can find something longer that will work.
Of course they don't make anything specifically for our truck, which makes it more difficult.

well it has been about 10 months in the making since i got her completely bone stock.... heres how she started... :)


and after multiple mods that 99% were from this site, this is how she sits today :thumbsup: :D

yes sir no cage. the non-chopped 91 is getting the cage first. all those explorers and i am still not an elite member. i need to get that huh? lol.

That is a good question that I have not seen before, I'd think that you can't or someone woulda done it. anyone?

Aren't spindle lifts only for 2WD?
