97 explorer will not turn over

When tring to turn key to start the lights on the dash for door ajared check engine ABS etc flash and all you here is a clicking noise coming from under dash. the Theft light keeps coming on. I replace the starter relay I cleaned the cables. I have a battery charger on the battery but it says battery is charged but yet the green light on the charger keeps flashing too when connected.there is a clicking noise coming from the starter relay when jumping the starter relay you can hear the solinod tring to turn.power to every thing light gages ect. jump on and off clicking like crazy.​

Sounds like a dead battery. How old is it?

Yeah, I would take that battery in, and have it checked.

It's a new battery I had to get a new one cause the old won't hold a charge but when i put the old into my caravan it started it right up and is now holding a charge for that.
