Need help with towing on 04' sport trac

I am going to borrow my buddies 89' popup camper and was wondering if I can pull it with my ball on my bumper. I haven't had a chance to get a mount on one yet and will eventually but want to take it this weekend. Not sure of the exact tongue weight on the camper but I have the tow package on our truck. I would appreciate any thoughts. My manual said a max tongue weight of 350 lbs I believe. Thanks for the help

Bumper ball is good for 3500 lb. I think. A popup should be fine.

You'll need to find out the weight of the trailer empty and don't forget to add the weight for supplies to that total. Older trailers are heavier.

the trailer is 2100 lbs. and I believe it has a maximum 300 lb. tongue weight.

The Curt Manufacturing 13407 Class III Receiver hitch is an easy bolt-on and can be installed in a couple hours, max. Get one if you're going to tow the camper.
