Vera's first mudbath

The ex finally saw its first real mud pits yesterday at Mt. Morris Mounds ORV park in MT. Morris, MI with a fellow member mariozoldos to see how much mud we could make it through

pics and videos. there's a lot.

thanks bronco. and yeah josh ive been looking at $500 jeeps, explorers, and broncos. i only went 3 times with my truck but there is mud still caked in my engine bay and filling every hollow frame rail in my truck. i went a little overboard my first time, i went through the kinda deep mud hole in the first few videos about 6 times and it was mud,water,sand, and clay all mixed together. plus i didnt have my lower fan shroud or any of the plastic front wheel well pieces because of the bodylift

the mud felt like pudding and about 2 inches thick covering the engine bay

Nice!!

Having the fan shroud and fenderwheels installed would help a lot with that. For the frame just rinse it out.

For the frame just rinse it out.

ive been to the spray it yourself wash a few times and it never looks like i make any progress lol. about a week ago i pulled a dried chunk out from between the battery and body and i had to step on it to get it to break into pieces

The Result:
Still regretting that pit today. frame rails are still packed with that dried sand/clay stuff. When dry, its rock hard and (so far) almost impossible to get out of the frame

how did you actually clean the engine bay? Mine is pretty dirty/ muddy after the bundy hill run.
