JL Audio 6W3 4 Ohm 6 1/2" Subwoofer. 150 Watts RMS 300 Watts. This sub hits for being only 6.5 Inches. Good for a factory replacement in the 95-97 Explorers or for a custom setup. 4 Ohm version. Works and is not blown, but may need the Negative lead re-glued because it cuts out. I've found that wiggling the negative speaker lead makes it work. $40

New Stant Locking Gas Cap w/ 2 Keys, and Scosche 6 1/2" to 6x8" Speaker Adapters. Great way to protect your fuel on explorers since we don't have the locking doors, and great way to add 6 1/2" Speakers or Component Speakers to your ride!

I also have EFX 6 1/2" Competition Series Component Speakers that handle 100 watts RMS per speaker, and DLS T20 Sweden-made 3/4" Tweeters for sale. The tweeters handle 60 Watts RMS each. I had those speakers in the 6x8" Adapter brackets and they fit like a glove.

Yes the intake is still up for grabs, the bull bar is pending sale. The shackles are stock replacements, not lift shackles.

It really depends on how much your asking for them.
It would probably be cheaper to remove them. Around here it cost $15 to remove old, install new and balance. Maybe a tire shop would cut a deal for removal only. ????
Shipping the tires would greatly increase the price in my opinion.

The rear 2 aren't, but the front 2 have 80% tread life. I've got my mech who can remove them for a good price, so I'll look into that and let you know.

I half-have that assembly lol. I cut the subwoofer cutout to 8" and it has a Dayton Classic Series 8" Subwoofer in there. And the factory amp I'm pretty sure I have. If not, I've got a Dual 400 watt amp that did the job perfectly.
And I'm asking $80 for all 4 speakers. I've got someone I'm checking on the price of the cat shipped for so if they don't get it, I'll let you know, and do you mean the black front cupholder, the non-painted one? PM me if thats easier.
